These Terms take effect the moment you complete account registration on mattaka. By opening an account you confirm you have read and accepted the current version of the Terms published on this page on the date of registration.

We publish a notice on the platform when Terms are updated. If you continue to log in and use the platform after the notice date, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, you may close your account before the revision takes effect.

Clause 4 of the Terms governs all deposits, including those made through UPI, Paytm and PhonePe. It sets out processing expectations, what happens if a deposit is delayed, and how to raise a query if a deposit does not appear in your account balance.

Yes. Under the data provisions in these Terms, you may request a copy of the personal data we hold by writing to our support email. We will provide the data within the timeframe required by applicable Indian law, typically within 30 days.

Clause 12 sets out the dispute resolution process. You may raise a formal objection in writing; we will review it and respond within five working days. If we cannot resolve the matter, the clause describes the next steps available to you.

Access to mattaka services depends on local law and is available where local law permits. It is your responsibility to check that using the platform is lawful in your specific state or region before opening or continuing to use your account.

Contact our support team via live chat or email and request account closure. We process closure requests within two working days and confirm by email. Any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered UPI or Paytm details.
